Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure accurate and legal transactions.
  • Conduct property appraisals using local market comparisons to determine fair pricing for clients.
  • Oversee thorough inspections of properties to identify potential repairs that may impact negotiations.
  • Identify acquisition opportunities and expand your portfolio of leads to drive growth.
  • Present commercial properties intended for business use, providing clients with financial insights and analytical data.
  • Tour business properties, assessing maintenance costs, renovation possibilities, financing options, and relevant data.
  • Schedule and attend property inspections to assist clients with purchase or sale agreements.
  • Provide clients with market research to empower informed decision-making.
  • Engage in commercial lead generation and follow-up.
  • Master CRM and database management.
  • Cultivate relationships with in-house agents and teams for referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to connect with diverse personalities.
  • Self-driven and independent.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles.
  • Understanding of real estate industry practices and leasing terminology.
  • A valid real estate license is required or in progress.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Potential for commission-based earnings.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $130,000 annually
