Lead Solutions Architect

Job Description:
We are in search of a proactive Solutions Architect to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue expansion. Utilize your extensive knowledge in financial applications to engage with C-level executives in Finance and IT. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating customized demonstrations, documenting client requirements, and advocating for our state-of-the-art SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical liaison between the sales team and clients.
  • Collaborate to develop compelling value propositions that resonate with client challenges.
  • Conduct thorough business and technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs.
  • Engage closely with product management, engineering, and service teams.
  • Craft tailored solutions through impactful presentations, process flows, and demonstrations.
  • Prepare responses to RFPs/RFIs, highlighting our product strengths.
  • Deliver captivating demonstrations that meet customer expectations.
  • Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders throughout the evaluation process.
  • Highlight our unique value proposition in comparison to traditional ERP systems.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • 7+ years of relevant ERP experience, including a minimum of 3 years with platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Expertise in Finance Administration and Accounting (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Multi-Company, and Consolidations).
  • Experience in implementing ERP solutions for SaaS/Software clients utilizing subscription or consumption models.
Compensation:Compensation for this position at Vaco is determined by various factors including individual skills, experience, training, certifications, and geographic considerations. The estimated salary range for this role is $225K - $250K, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
