Role: Google Cloud Solution Architect

Experience Required: 8+ years

Job Overview:

Key Skills: Infrastructure design, GKE, Cloud-native technologies, DevOps, and release planning experience are essential.

  • Utilize various technologies and cloud services to automate platforms and software deployments efficiently, ensuring scalability, security, and consistency.
  • Oversee and maintain both production and non-production cloud environments with zero downtime.
  • Continuously assess architectural decisions to accommodate increasing scale and evolving technologies, meeting the demands of a rapidly expanding business.
  • Lead improvements in infrastructure and tooling that empower the business to operate confidently and swiftly.
  • Establish a DevOps culture that supports engineers and the broader organization.
  • Implement scalable cloud services based on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Accountable for automation, system provisioning, metrics, monitoring, scalability, and security.
  • Advocate for our initiatives within the organization and the technology sector.
  • Proactively address potential security threats and establish a robust real-time monitoring system.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Continuous Integration and Delivery tools such as GitLab, continuous deployment, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Compute, Networking, Functions, Kubernetes, storage, and security.
  • Practical experience with Google's big data technology stack, including BigQuery, BigQuery Storage, BigQuery Analytics, and Cloud Data Prep.
  • Exhibit behaviors aligned with our Critical People Capabilities (CPC).

Expected annual compensation for this position ranges from [$80,000] to [$173,800]. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, which include a comprehensive range of medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and various other leave options.
