Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Lead Presales Consultant to significantly contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue enhancement initiatives. This position requires leveraging your deep knowledge of financial and accounting software solutions to support our Sales team and build trust with executive Finance and IT leaders at potential clients. You will thrive in developing customized demonstration environments, keeping pace with swift product advancements, and thoroughly documenting client requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical intermediary between the sales team and clients.
- Partner with the sales team to formulate persuasive value propositions that address client challenges with our solution advantages.
- Facilitate business and technical discovery sessions to comprehend customer needs, pinpoint complexities, and outline solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and service teams to communicate client insights and shape the product development strategy.
- Design and deliver customized solutions through documentation such as presentations, process diagrams, and functional demonstrations.
- Lead the crafting of responses to RFPs/RFIs, generating solution summaries that align our product features with client business objectives.
- Develop and present compelling demonstrations of our solutions, highlighting value and meeting customer expectations.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor throughout the evaluation process.
- Highlight and articulate the unique value proposition of our solutions compared to traditional ERP systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- 7+ years of practical ERP experience, including a minimum of 3 years with one or more of the following: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday.
- Proficiency in Finance Administration and Accounting (including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Multi-Company and Consolidations, Multi-Currency).
- Experience in a corporate accounting or finance role is advantageous.
- Experience implementing ERP solutions for clients with subscription and/or consumption models in the SaaS/Software industry.
- A passion for new technology and its transformative potential.
- Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and motivation.
