Job Title: HRIS and Benefits Specialist

Beneficial State Bank is seeking a highly skilled HRIS and Benefits Specialist to join our Human Capital department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist knowledge and operational administrative abilities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HRIS administration support, including system updates, enhancements, and configuration.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including health and wellness, voluntary plans, retirement, workman's compensation, and leaves of absence.
  • Support reporting and analytics needs to enable business leaders to review data in real-time.
  • Develop strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and IT to troubleshoot system issues and enhancements.
  • Maintain awareness of governance, release cycle management, and process documentation.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits administration or HRIS/HCM.
  • 1 year of experience with Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) HRIS/HCM.
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and model discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work in a multi-state environment.
