We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team at the National Education Association. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HRIS-related features.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, test, and deploy Workday HRIS-related features, including HCM, Benefits, Security, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Compensation, Payroll, and related integrations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of NEA's Workday configuration across all modules to provide broader support when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between end users, leadership, and benefits vendors to address HRIS system issues and oversee related projects.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decisions.
- Participate in the creation of benefits communication campaigns, announcements, and alerts.
- Minimum of 4 years of Workday-specific experience, including design, configuration, and testing.
- Proven experience with reporting and analytics tools.
- Functional understanding of core HR business terminology and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and provide timely follow-up resolution.
- Experience working for an association or membership organization.
- Experience working in a union environment.
