Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst

Neil Jones Food Company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality food products, with a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the development and implementation of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the implementation and use of HRIS applications, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Perform project management of HR initiatives, planning, coordinating, and executing system implementation projects to ensure timely, within scope, and within budget completion.
  • Test program updates and troubleshoot new releases prior to full implementation, providing suggested solutions to developers and vendors.
  • Facilitate system updates to ensure the quality, sustainability, and efficiency of HR systems and processes.
  • Create functional requirements in support of HRIS, including benefits, payroll, time and attendance, and employee scheduling systems.
  • Develop HRIS reports to meet reporting requirements and provide staff and management with information to support workflows and business decisions.
  • Evaluate system performance, provide technical support, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HRIS systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a focus on business analysis, functional analysis, or operational/process improvement disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS and payroll or a related area, preferably with multi-state, multi-entity employers.
  • Experience in seasonal manufacturing or food processing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of administration and support of integrated payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Good knowledge of industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources, Payroll, HRIS, and Benefits fields.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, including employment and educational verification, credit screen, and able to frequently travel to West Coast facilities.
