Job Title: Outside Territory Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Territory Manager to join our team in the greater Los Angeles area. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for finding new target clients and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales goals.

Vert Environmental is a leading provider of services for hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead, mold, and bacteria. Our team of experts is trained, state-certified, and examined to adhere to all local city, county, district, state, and federal regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000-$150,000, depending on experience, plus benefits. In addition, you will have the opportunity to attend expos and events, participate in company sales meetings, and grow and maintain customer relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Maintaining customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Providing expert advice to clients on hazardous materials management.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the environmental industry.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to hazardous materials.
