Job Summary

The Sales Territory Growth Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within an assigned territory, representing Grass America across OEM and distribution market segments.

This role requires a strong ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion within the assigned territory.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, COLLEAGUES, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Product Management, Engineering, and Finance, to align Grass America's goals with customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective actions to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of prior sales experience in the Kitchen Cabinet, Cabinet Hardware, Furniture, Building Materials, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion within a designated territory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Additional languages are helpful but not required.
Salary:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
