Territory Sales Executive

Syneos Health, a leading global contract research organization (CRO), is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division. In this role, you will partner with a top-tier pharmaceutical company to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive results.
About the Role
This opportunity offers a competitive annual base salary of $72,500 to $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for commissions and bonuses based on individual and company performance. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on implementing the client's sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers. You will utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for your target audience, plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of your territory, and administer territory information while adhering to reporting and regulatory requirements. Participation in training and development programs is also essential, along with compliance with industry and corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, B2B, or pharmaceutical sales. A proven track record of success in outside sales is highly valued, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks are also essential, along with the capacity to work independently or in a team environment. Technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, are required.
