We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Growth Manager to join our expanding team. As a key player in our sales force, you will manage a defined geographic region, build lasting relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Sales Expertise: Previous sales experience required, preferably in the flooring industry.
  • Critical Thinker & Problem Solver: Ability to analyze market data and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Relationship Builder: Proven track record of cultivating long-term client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
