Your Responsibilities:
Engage with the renowned Stryker Trauma culture that consistently delivers industry-leading results across various market segments.
Receive exceptional formal training in Trauma product offerings and sales techniques, including hands-on experience in the operating room. You will gain expertise in surgical procedures by observing over 300 cases in your first year.
Develop comprehensive field exposure to prepare for future territory opportunities in sales and service.
Achieve a high level of proficiency in Orthopaedic surgical requirements and procedures, becoming an integral member of the surgical team and positively influencing surgical outcomes.
Establish a strong brand presence in account management and client service, which are key drivers of our business.
Thrive in a competitive and dynamic work environment that challenges you to utilize your talents daily.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess strong multitasking abilities, the capacity to engage diverse audiences, a drive for achievement, a quick aptitude for learning medical and technical information, and the ability to cultivate strong, lasting relationships. A solid work ethic and competitive spirit are essential.
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience.
