Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate interest at the customer level, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings and motivated to explore Syngenta solutions.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively listening to farmers, surpassing their expectations, and aligning our goals with their needs.
  • Engage in modern business practices by providing a unique selling experience.

  • Tailor and present customized field recommendations based on specific needs.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer-centric role with strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
