About the Role

LH Global Consulting is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Order Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of purchase orders, and providing excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in supply chain management, purchasing, and contract administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors
  • Work with assigned contracts to ensure compliance and quality
  • Handle new intake engagements from procurement inbox and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Assist with year-end processing of Purchase orders and prepare reports for management
  • Monitor yearly spending and forecasting to identify areas for cost savings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
