Global Client Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Client Executive to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Proactively understand the requirements and needs of client accounts, and develop strategic plans to meet their goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement plans to grow existing client relationships.
- Consulting and Advisory Services: Provide strategic planning and consulting advice to clients, including the production of Requests for Proposal, coordination of vendor responses, analysis and comparison of RFP responses, and preparation of client reports with recommendations.
- Account Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships, and ensure that client needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, and/or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience: Typically more than 7 years of client services experience, with a strong background in business development and account management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated working knowledge and experience within the brokerage industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations.
