Position Overview

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of companies, both large and small, across various sectors. Our approach is centered on cultivating strong working relationships with clients, built on a deep understanding of their businesses and challenges. You will engage in multiple team assignments each year, contributing to various aspects of each project rather than focusing on a single component. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering strategic, integrated tax solutions that focus on both outbound and inbound structuring.
  • Exhibiting a foundational knowledge of foreign tax credits.
  • Conducting tax planning and research activities.
  • Gaining insights into global tax minimization, transfer pricing, and income tax accounting.
  • Assisting with IFRS/GAAP convergence and planning for international assignments.
  • Collaborating with businesses globally to develop effective cross-border tax strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations, with access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Progressing towards the successful completion of the CPA exam, with opportunities to gain audit hours for full certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Capability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Compensation Range: $70,400 - $84,000

Selected candidates will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on both firm and individual performance.
