Job Summary

The Amynta Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to join our team. As a Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining legal title/contract documents in a secure filing system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain legal title/contract documents in a secure filing system
  • Maintain the integrity of the system on a daily basis
  • Perform various functions/tasks required in the Document Management Center (DMC)
  • Act as a resource person for the team
  • Ability to work well with others and make sound judgment calls in reference to daily DMC functions
  • Ability to train staff on various functions
  • Ability to work reports and relay problems and issues to management
  • Ability to offer suggestions for improved methods for process flows
  • Ability to research and locate documents
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible and able to multi-task
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years of previous filing experience
  • Independent worker/self-starter
  • Mastered all File Clerk I skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets and Word
