Position Overview
As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing system processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses of system workflows to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Design, test, and implement innovative system processes that align with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between accounting personnel and programming teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and coordinate the development of enhancements and modifications to financial systems programs.
  • Oversee system data management, ensuring accuracy and integrity through regular monitoring and verification.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and assess their reliability for informed decision-making.
  • Plan and execute user support services, including training, documentation, and effective communication strategies.
  • Analyze user requirements and existing procedures to automate processes or enhance current systems.
  • Document detailed descriptions of user needs, program functionalities, and the steps necessary for program development or modification.
  • Create workflow charts and diagrams to clearly outline operations performed by both systems and personnel.

Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • Experience as a GovCon financial analyst is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Deltek software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative.
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability to shifting priorities are crucial.
  • Analytical thinking and tactical action capabilities are required.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $95,000 annually.
