We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team at Skanska USA. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of documents and information throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and interact with client administrative document control personnel on a daily basis
- Log and distribute relevant documents to the project team in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Construction Technology, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in document management software and systems
