Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Office Coordinator for a temporary engagement.

Role: Office Coordinator

Location: Remote with occasional onsite requirements

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $25.62 per hour

Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension or transition to permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and reconcile Supply Chain documentation and associated supplier billing information.
  • Detect discrepancies in documents and perform thorough root cause investigations.
  • Ensure data alignment within systems to facilitate effective payment processes.
  • Liaise with Sourcing Management to resolve underlying issues.
  • Provide updates on payment statuses across various suppliers utilizing integrated data from multiple platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • An Associate's Degree is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with web-based document processing systems.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.

Compensation Details: $25.00 to $25.62 per hour
