-Maintain the document management system in accordance with departmental and site needs which include management of templates, Logbooks, allocation of document numbers and review of draft documents.
- Record Management and Archival of documents for long term storage.
- Filing, sorting, printing of requested documents.
-Assembly of controlled documentation issued by the Document Control team
-Reconciling of previously issued documents
Quals
-Minimum of 6 months experience in an Administrative based role
-Advanced experience with MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel)
-Must have experience working in a team-oriented environment
-Must Possess good written & verbal communication skills
-Demonstrate solid organizational and planning skills through previous professional experience
-Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
-Able to efficiently prioritize and remain flexible to competing tasks
-Prior experience in a business administrative role
- Previous experience filing, sorting, reconciling of documents (e.g Medical Records, company based confidential documentation) is a plus
