About the Role:
ExtensisHR, a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the U.S., is seeking a skilled PEO Sales Manager to join our team. As a PEO Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and marketing Extensis' services to small and mid-sized businesses through the Insurance Agent and Broker Channel. You will maintain a high-level of networking and broker channel development, identify and qualify prospects, and bring them from prospect status to client status by effectively managing the sales process and client relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and market Extensis' services to small and mid-sized businesses through the Insurance Agent and Broker Channel
- Maintain a high-level of networking and broker channel development
- Identify and qualify prospects and bring them from prospect status to client status
- Effectively manage the sales process and client relationship
Requirements:
- Proven track record of strategic sales experience in the Dallas Metro market
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to learn and understand new offerings, specifically Health Benefit Plans
