Regional Sales Manager

Green Bear Solutions is a leader in renewable energy solutions, and we're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales for our innovative roofing and solar products in your designated territory.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop new business opportunities, and work collaboratively with our sales team.
Your ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs will be key to achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals
- Identify and engage potential customers through various outreach methods
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in territory management
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
