Industrial Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join our thriving Engineering team. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power Electronics industry, specifically in the area of Industrial Sales Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our industrial sales operations, including the development and implementation of strategic sales plans, maintaining key customer relationships, and driving the achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and segment.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Report on sales results to senior executives.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Industrial Sales Manager in the Power Electronics / UPS industry.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Expertise in Territory Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with key clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
