Job Description

The Commercial Account Manager at Pepco Sales Of Dallas, Inc. plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with top engineers and mechanical/commercial contractors in our territory. This position is responsible for increasing the number of product lines specified in the buildings these companies produce and driving sales volume of product lines into those buildings.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional, continuous improvement mindset and be able to manage relationships and pull-through efforts to convert specifications into purchase orders at our Wholesale Distribution Partners. Additionally, they will utilize the tools and organizational knowledge of our Manufacturer Partners to be the steward of our brands to the commercial channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and establish relationships with top engineers and mechanical/commercial contractors in our territory
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product line specifications and sales volume
  • Manage relationships and pull-through efforts to convert specifications into purchase orders
  • Utilize tools and organizational knowledge of Manufacturer Partners to steward our brands
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience
  • English language proficiency
  • Clean driving record and credit record
  • HVAC and/or Plumbing experience and existing relationships with engineers and mechanical contractors within the industry
