Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Element Science Inc is seeking a Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales planning and execution, providing technical and clinical expertise, and coordinating educational support to ensure the safe adoption and growth of our wearable cardioverter defibrillator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize sales and profitability of the Jewel product across targeted markets.
- Develop sales contacts and extend marketing reach by attending local, regional, and national trade shows/conferences.
- Drive sales growth through the strategic development and utilization of diverse sales channels.
- Achieve sales quotas and key performance indicators.
- Establish industry networks to enhance business presence and brand visibility.
- Maintain and develop client contacts at all levels within customer organizations and clinics.
- Develop clear, achievable strategies, objectives, and tactical plans grounded in segmentation, customer-centricity/needs, and market dynamics.
- Deliver clear and succinct feedback to operational partners to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with cardiology and/or electrophysiology call points.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver or adjust expectations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to establish new market strategies to achieve sales quotas.
- Strong foundational sales skills.
- Ability to navigate complex IDN and hospital networks.
- Must possess a reliable automobile for work-related travel.
- Clean driving record with valid state driver's license.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays, evenings, and weekends, as necessary.

The salary for this exempt-level position will be based on experience and qualifications within an established pay range.
