The role of the Customer Service Representative (Branch Manager Trainee) is designed to cultivate future leaders within our organization. Program Summary:

This training initiative aims to prepare candidates for branch management roles due to company growth and turnover. The program consists of two distinct phases, with relocation being a requirement upon completion of the first phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase I:

  • Gain foundational knowledge of the consumer finance sector, including all aspects of branch operations.
  • Learn essential competencies such as consumer finance principles, credit products, and client service.
  • Actively contribute to branch performance by generating loans and managing a portion of the consumer loan portfolio.
  • Establish relationships with local merchants and develop financing programs.

Upon successful completion of self-study assignments and production requirements, candidates may advance to Phase II.

Phase II:

  • Oversee various aspects of branch operations monthly for nine consecutive months.
  • Develop and implement monthly business plans related to assigned activities.
  • Complete independent assignments across multiple branches.
  • Supervise branch associates and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participate in leadership training sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to relocate and travel as necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • Experience in the industry.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
