Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Greet Customers: Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide Superior Customer Service: Offer personalized assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Rentals: Verify customer information, process rentals, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Offer Additional Services: Provide customers with information on optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
  • Assist with Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of rental vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Communicate with Management: Notify management of any customer or vehicle issues, and provide feedback on customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company.
  • Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • Convictions: No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
