Customer Engagement Specialist

This position encompasses a variety of customer service functions, including welcoming patrons, managing merchandise, offering assistance, and ensuring a delightful shopping atmosphere. Primary duties consist of:

  • Securing firearms with safety locks
  • Checking in vendor representatives
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Issuing licenses and managing loyalty programs
  • Maintaining product knowledge
  • Adhering to company protocols

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to perform calculations and provide change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to build and sustain relationships
  • Proficient in operating a Point of Sale system

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Repetitive motions
  • Occasional climbing or descending ladders
  • Light lifting and relocating items
