About the Role

Givens is a leading export packaging and warehousing company seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to manage assigned customer accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, handling day-to-day account administration, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer accounts, including billing, inventory, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations, transportation providers, and port authorities to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Prepare customized reports, job orders, packing lists, bills of lading, and invoicing as required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of services and expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn our warehousing management system.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to accuracy and quality, with a goal-driven approach to meeting deadlines.
