Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

SymQuest, a Konica Minolta company, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and driving business growth through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a group of contracted clients to include client retention, satisfaction, profitability, project revenue, and managed IT services agreement terms and pricing.
  • Identify and collaborate with SymQuest engineering team to design, propose, and close network solutions projects.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including driving attendance to and collaborating on webinars and seminars.
  • Coordinate with client account team to leverage resources as needed.
  • Create short and long-term technology roadmaps for clients that align with SymQuest technology standards and the client's business needs.
Requirements:
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years (five years preferred) of work experience in account management and technology consulting.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills.
