What We Offer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for cultivating positive relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Drive business growth through strategic account development and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions and services
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in employee benefits
  • Active Health, Life, & Disability License with the State(s) of doing business required and must be maintained
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships

  • Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $60K - $70K depending on experience.

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience, and includes an additional $1,000 signing bonus.
