Executive Chef

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at one of our esteemed hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the kitchen staff, ensuring the procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and meet the evolving tastes of our guests.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and control food and labor costs, maintaining a profitable and competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with our events team to create customized culinary experiences for our guests.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Advanced knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
