Executive Chef Responsibilities / Qualifications:

  • 2+ years leadership experience in a high volume, full service / scratch kitchen
  • Hands on and motivational leadership style with a positive and fun personality - must have a passion for the industry
  • Executive Chef candidates should have experience with managing cost controls, ordering, inventory, etc.
  • Team-work mindset, and ability to drive positive culture
  • Quality focused
  • Executive chef applicants should have night and weekend availability
