Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, cost controls, and inventory management.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food production areas.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute special events and banquets.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume fine dining steakhouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.

As a Sous Chef, you will be working in a kitchen environment with exposure to humidity, steam, and extreme temperatures. You will also be exposed to food and beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals and food items and beverages.
