  • Perform routine painting assignments.
  • Prepare housing unit for new tenants.
  • Lead less skilled maintenance staff.
  • Monitor and assure regulatory compliance and satisfactory performance ratings.
  • Assist property management in resident evictions.

  • HVAC, CMRP, or equivalent certification will be advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License & Driving Record.
  • Experience in Building Maintenance.
  • Must provide your own tools.
  • Must have own reliable transportation.

  • Can stand/walk/sit/crouch.
  • Lift/move up to 70lbs.
  • Customer Service Skills (to talk to housing residents, staff, supervisors).
