Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure facilities are fully operational and in compliance with building codes.
  • Monitor facility programs and services to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
  • Assist in performing Facility Condition Assessment Program data gathering and management.
  • Notify facility leads and building occupants of utility outages and perform facility maintenance and service request initiation and status tracking.
  • Assist building occupants with clear-out efforts prior to major facility renovations.
  • Verify and maintain building, space, and seating signage.
  • Communicate findings from field surveys and coordinate updates to floorplans for seating.
Requirements
  • Clear background investigation and clear driver's license.
  • Preferred 3 years of general maintenance experience.
