Lawson Company is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance our operational team. The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will deliver high-quality maintenance services across all properties under our management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service requests efficiently
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframes
  • Be on-call for emergency maintenance as required
  • Repair or replace HVAC systems, appliances, fixtures, and other essential components
  • Conduct plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks

Preventative Maintenance:

  • Adhere to established preventive maintenance protocols

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure timely completion of work requests
  • Communicate resident concerns to the Supervisor

Qualifications:

Demonstrated mechanical skills

Training in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, or HVAC

Required certifications to be obtained within the first year of employment

Strong interpersonal communication abilities

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Capability to work in various weather conditions

Exhibit a positive demeanor, reliability, and integrity

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent

At least one year of relevant maintenance experience

Refrigerant Certification is mandatory

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, lift up to sixty pounds, climb stairs, and perform other physical tasks as needed
