Job Description:

The University of California - Office of the President is seeking an exceptional Retirement Administration Service Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and member satisfaction in our Retirement Administration Service Center.

As a key influencer, you will cultivate a culture aligned with company values, delivering a positive experience for retirement plan members. Your strategic leadership skills will ensure that services align with stakeholder expectations, and your ability to advise senior management on industry topics and trends will support business goals and objectives.

We are looking for someone with 8 years of operations management and customer relations experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within a shared services environment. Strong Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge and working familiarity with business process improvements and Enterprise technology systems are essential.
