About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available as a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year. You will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager/Senior Property Manager in various aspects of property management.

  • Assist in tenant relations, leasing support, work order coordination, financial budgeting, expense control, rent collections, and other operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, including tenant and vendor contact lists, space plans, and lease documents.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other materials as required.
