**Overview:**

The Property Manager Assistant will provide administrative support to the Property Manager/Senior Property Manager in achieving the owner's objectives for the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the property, including answering calls and emails from tenants.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Process new lease applications, including preparing and submitting necessary documents.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.

**What You'll Need:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
