About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties in Phoenix. This includes managing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that all aspects of property maintenance are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and inventory at our properties.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing maintenance staff, including training and development programs.
  • Work closely with outside contractors to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance budgets, and make recommendations for cost savings and improvements.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent technical training in Residence Property maintenance.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, with two years holding a supervisory position directing a multi-functional maintenance staff.
  • Strong mechanical aptitudes, and a working knowledge of electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly; familiarity with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
