**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Manager Assistant to join our team at 3rd Party Management Company in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will assist the Property Manager/Senior Property Manager in achieving the owner's objectives for the properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tenant relations, leasing support, work order coordination, financial budgeting, expense control, rent collections, and all other clerical and operational aspects of the property.
  • Coordinate with roving engineers, vendors, and contractors performing work on the properties.
  • Process new lease processing, including getting leases signed and signed leases scanned and saved.
  • Draft default letters for manager's approval and rent reminder notices within 24 hours of receiving manager(s) direction.
  • Maintain and update tenant and vendor contact lists.
  • Support manager(s) with assembly of monthly reports to ensure they are sent out by due date.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
