Property Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Bryten Real Estate Partners. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in building and facility maintenance to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of maintenance professionals, preparing schedules, coordinating work orders, and providing training as needed. They will also be responsible for overseeing turnkey operations, ensuring vacant units are made rent-ready in a timely manner, and managing quality of maintenance services.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in maintenance, with some of that time spent in a supervisory role. They will also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a high level of integrity. We offer a competitive salary range of $27.00 - $27.00 Hourly, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
