About the Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with leasing, acquisitions, and development teams to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial principles
  • AZ Real Estate License
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, previous coding experience is beneficial

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $60,000 per year
