Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the operational and financial activities of our commercial real estate portfolio based in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial properties, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Management: Respond to tenant needs, ensure that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations and standards.
  • Property Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular property inspections, recommend alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning to ensure optimal property performance.
  • Lease Management: At the owner's discretion, market and lease the property, qualifying and showing space to prospective tenants, coordinating new leases and lease renewals, and facilitating tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Financial Management: Develop annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures, forecast management plans, prepare monthly performance reports, collect rent, and pay expenses in accordance with lease terms.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the primary contact with property owners to ensure objectives are being met, negotiate early lease terminations, provide lease analysis, and support all property sales by coordinating due diligence processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Real estate license required; CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and friendly service to customers.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, ability to calculate mathematical figures, conduct complex financial analysis, comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents, and tackle problems involving several options.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
