About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Telecom Workflow Coordinator to join our team at Kanaan Communications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing telecommunications construction cost estimates and bill of materials, as well as communicating with customers and team members to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete telecommunications construction cost estimates and bill of materials by reading and interpreting survey drawings and customer system designs.
  • Communicate with customers and Kanaan team members as needed to resolve discrepancies with system designs and survey drawings.
  • Obtain cost estimates from company vendors for addition to cost estimates.
  • Manage job tracking systems to meet customer deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn and understand design parameters as they relate to customer fiber optic and coaxial systems.
  • Ability to learn to read and understand customer system blueprints to identify customer-specific equipment.
  • Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize schedules as related to customer expectations.
  • Able to communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license of at least 2 years.
Physical Abilities and Exposures
  • Able to sit for long periods throughout each day.
