Job Summary:

The Lead Service Specialist - Workflow Coordinator is a key member of the Epiq team, responsible for assisting the Supervisor or Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Coordination: Assign production tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
  • Production Support: Work independently on production assignments, often at a satellite copy center without direct supervision.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked.
  • Issue Resolution: Work to resolve work issues or complaints, such as lost parcels, damaged packages, or untimely deliveries.
  • Training and Development: Assist management with training new hires on all processes.
  • Additional Responsibilities: May include mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities, reception, and hospitality services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print, or scanning environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead others in a professional manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve complaints.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater, and walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time.

Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $19.59 to $21.51 USD per hour, and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
