Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Workflow Coordinator (DP/Pres) in New York, NY. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by delivering accurate and timely document production. The position requires advanced software aptitude in programs used for document production, as well as the ability to work in a high-volume, high-pressure production environment. As a Workflow Coordinator, you may also be responsible for training team members and coordinating workflow within a shift or site. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate workflow within a shift or site, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by processing customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize advanced software tools for document production.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and speed in a high-volume, high-pressure production environment.
• Train team members as needed to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with discretion.
• Use technical skills to assess documents, detect issues, and ensure proper corrections, proofing, edits, conversions, formatting, and comparisons.
• Communicate effectively with team members, Lead Supervisor, Manager, and/or Client on job or deadline issues.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Experience in training and supervising team members
• Understanding of hiring processes and production
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance and adherence to company policies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in proofreading and ensuring the quality of deliverables
• Strong coordination and workflow management skills
• Familiarity with check processing procedures and practices
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Proficiency in word processing applications.
