Territory Sales Manager

US Foods is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to develop and manage established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the foodservice industry and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster customer relationships in a team-based selling model
* Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department
* Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary
* Develop new business opportunities through market intelligence and customer interactions
* Provide value-added services to customers, including market insights and product recommendations
Requirements
* 1+ year of sales experience in the foodservice industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools
